Looking for phenominal digital art painters!!!!

Hey peeps! Sorry for the horrible tardiness and absence. College sucks. But anyways, as you all know, I'm still dedicated to my book, and this is why I have reappeared on DA. I might even visit a ton more often if I am able to find what I'm looking for!

I'm in need of a very good, very talented, and extremely artistic digital artist (experience not necessary) who is willing to illustrate the covers for my books. Of course, I will be drawing the main sketch, and the designs, and I will need this person to add their perfect color, background, texture, and touch to my template so as to bring the sketch to life. I would do it all by myself but I don't have the time to master my digital painting skills. There's also a part of me that realizes that I may never become the best in this field and that there are others who can benefit from this. I need to concentrate on the book itself right now. Seeing the art may even inspire me to finish the rewrite of the entire manuscript sooner.

As expected from any respectable hirer, the artist will be given full credit for the coloring, and anything else they added, where the mentioning for the artwork for the book will be ( I assume somewhere on the inside???). Of course, if (when) this book makes it, this would be a great opportunity for this artist to get noticed (hopefully worldwide). I will also definitely thank you and mention you in every one of my author's notes at the end of the book. And since I know a couple other up-and-coming authors to be, I could put in a pretty good word. I'm willing to look at commission prices, so please let me know what your prices are and I will consider. I think this might work a lot better. The only problem is that I can't do $300 dollar commissions. My stopping point is $50 at best. I'm a college student and make barely any money to begin with even though I have a job. Please understand that, if the opportunity arises, I will pay you more (like when the book goes big). But from a commission standpoint, I feel like $300+ is a ton of money for one picture.
